The sections of the 5-day workshop are held one week apart. This gives your staff time 
to absorb what is learned and practice it in the workplace before moving on to the next

is designed for people who have a need for developing the skills. The 2 1/2- day set of workshops is a subset of the 5-day training. It contains all of the
components of the 5 day workshop, but with fewer exercises. These are held back-to-back
so that your staff can move through it quickly and return to their projects. Less time is
spent in training, and the collaboration plan is developed sooner. This version is designed
for people who need to brush up on skills that they already have. You may also pick and choose which of the skill sets are needed for your employees.
While these workshops form a seamless whole, it is not necessary to use them all
